Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders within hours of receiving them. Because of this, we can
not accept cancellations. Any request for cancellation will be processed as a return
and our standard return policy will apply. You will need to email us at reunionbasics@gmail.com
for return authorization and instructions. If the goods have not been shipped, you
will be invoiced production + administration cost. If the goods have already been
shipped, you will be invoiced full value. Due to the high cost of air freight, we
recommend that you do not order, unless you are certain the item will suit your
