    Just wanted to say thanks again. The reunion was great. Everybody loved the centerpieces. Our next reunion will be in 2015. Can’t wait to see what new items you will have then.

    Why are you deleting the unsatisfied customers comments off, people need to hear both sides. You ruined our reunion by not delivering the amount of products you said you would. Your fist said you didn’t have the glasses and you wanted me to pay you another $80 to have the shipped from your supplier, then when I asked you to just refund me my money, you said the problem was fixed, but you didn’t send me all my glasses. Now you’re not taking responsibility for it. Bad business!

    After researching your website for our upcoming 50th Class Reunion, I choose several items total over $100.00 and was dismayed that your company does not accept AMEX or Discover; only Visa or MasterCard?

    I am very disappointed in the product I
    received. Even more so disappointed in the lack of customer service by
    Reunion Basics. This is for order #8575 for 45th reunion for Armstrong
    High School Class of 1968. I ordered 50 pens and 50 – 14oz
    reunion year party beer cups, as advertised on website.
    I received 50 – 8oz cups? not the 50 – 14oz cups I ordered and
    paid for. I e-mailed Rita Gonzales, sales rep, on 9/10/13, and
    then called and left messages on 9/16 and again on 9/17 + sent another e-mail,
    to get the cups I ordered or reimbursement to buy more cups here. As of
    today I still have heard NOTHING back from this company about sending me the
    cups I ordered!!! Our class reunion is tomorrow, on Sat. 9/21/2013,
    and I still don’t know the status of the cups I ordered. AND Now I
    must go out and find cups and spend more money to get cups we expected!!.
    This is a piss poor way to run a business, to not even respond back to a
    customer. I will never ever do business with Reunion Basics again!! I will see about filing a formal complaint with Better Business
    Bureau and as well as with any other agency who monitors online business sales
